Alterations to roof. NAMELY, to allow amendments to the size of the garage door windows.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 February 2020 (RN 19/08445/FULL) for the excavation of single storey front and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and beneath the original main house footprint, erection of extension and infill of lightwell at second floor level, erection of mansard roof, installation of air conditioning units to roof level, conversion of garage into habitable space, replacement of ground floor French doors with sash windows and associated works. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers for the addition of a second floor lift extension to the rear of the building.

Amendments to planning permission dated 9 March 2018 (RN: 18/00257/FULL) for Excavation of a single storey basement extension beneath footprint of the existing house and part of rear garden with 2 lightwells to front and 1 lightwell to rear, replacement of windows, replacement of side extension and associated works, including removal and replacement of trees, NAMELY, align garage wall (Springfield Road elevation) with main house (230mm), change proposed garage to a gym replacing garage door with two number timber framed sash windows, rear elevation parapet wall to study amended from back painted glass to masonry matching adjacent existing parapet.

Variation of Condition 7 of planning permission dated 30 June 2020 (RN: 20/00790) for 'Demolition of the existing mews house and construction of new house comprising ground with integrated garage, first and second floor mansard level, lowering of rear garden level to match adjoining properties and installation of plant machinery'. Namely, to allow the windows on the rear elevation at first and second floor levels to be openable.
