Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 September 2014 (RN:14/03923/FULL) for the excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; namely, alterations to the size and position of the new rooflights and access hatch at roof level, opening up of a blind window at rear third floor level and alterations to the glazing on the front elevation.

Amendments to planning permission 16th June 2022 (RN: 22/01083/FULL) for the Erection of rear infill extension to lower ground and ground floors with crittall style windows. Increase parapet height of existing rear return with creation of skylight. Removal of rear external decking, staircase and railings and installation of new metal stair and railings to provide access to rear garden. Replacement of existing metal front boundary railing and replacement with rendered balustrade. Namely, proposing to replace the glazed roof to the rear extension with a rooflight and flat roof with parapet.

Erection of extensions at rear/side lower ground, ground and first floor levels; lowering of rear garden level; enlarge front light well with associated replacement of window with door; installation of gate within front boundary wall; installation of rooflights; and changes to boundary walls to the rear.

Amendments to planning permission dated 24th February 2022 (RN 21/06887/FULL) for the External and internal refurbishment works comprising the erection of a new buggy and waste storage, new step-free access, rear fire staircase, new paving and railings to the rear and amendments to the fenestration and external doors to enable the continued use of the site as a Class E unit. NAMELY, to make minor modifications, relocation of the pedestrian entrance gate to 9500mm from western boundary wall; Raise the level of the rear deck from 77.65 (lowest point) to FFL: 78.08, reducing the change of levels; Increase the height of the canalside rail from 1100mm to 1500mm; Reconfiguration of the steps in the rear extension of RB Building. This is to facilitate a new fire escape route which is required by Building Control; Provide a new white painted hydraulic platform lift to the rear of the RB Building to enable DDA access to the rear terrace decking level; Provide a new 1500mm white timber fence at the rear terrace between the terrace and nursery garden. This is required for privacy purposes due to OFSTED regulations; Provide a new retaining wall (from FFL78.08) on the eastern boundary. This is to accommodate a ground-level change between the nursery garden and the portobello apartments which requires a retaining wall to support the nursery garden area, creating an even landscaped area; Replace the consented eastern boundary railing with a new 1800mm white timber fence on the eastern boundary, as is required by OFSTED; Pest control, Post and Wire on all windows to prevent bird nesting.
