Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 27 July 2021 (RN: 21/03735/FULL) for the: Excavation of a single storey basement beneath the footprint of the existing house, a side extension to the existing closet wing and new first floor terrace and alterations to the rear elevation doors, windows and rooflight and the front dormer. Namely, to allow demolition works behind the retained facade.
