Amendments to planning permision dated 21 July 2015 (RN 14/12434/FULL) for excavation below existing house and rear garden to create one level of basement accommodation with rooflights to the rear. Demolition of existing rear extension and erection of replacement rear extension over three storeys. Excavation to front of property at lower ground floor level to provide additional accommodation and mechanical plant within enclosure to rear garden. NAMELY,steps down into lightwell repositioned (returned to the existing position rather than being repositioned). Lightwell glazing reduced to comply with planning condition 4. Lower ground floor level reduced by two steps. Rear patio lowered in part to conform, with two steps up to the garden. Rooflight in new annex altered from rectangular to oval. Detailed design of fenestration in rebuilt annex amended - colour and material unchanged.

Continued use of the first and second floors as a hotel in connection with a public house at ground and basement floors (retrospective). The removal of the existing roof and the erection of a 2 storey roof extension also to be used hotel accommodation.
