Amendments to planning permission dated 20th July 2021 (RN:21/01934/FULL) for Erection of 2 storey extension to accommodate residential (Class C3) accommodation including terraces and green roofs. Associated works to include refurbishment of the existing exterior and landscaping in connection with the provision of additional parking spaces. Namely, the installation of glazed ceramic instead of solid stone spandrel panels under the windows of the existing flats and amendments to south elevation at 12th floor level
