Amendments to planning permission dated 21 June 2023 (RN 23/01932/FULL) for: the variation of Conditions 1 and 6 of planning permission dated 8 October 2020 (RN 20/02713/FULL) for 'the erection of single storey porters lodge; installation of new boundary railings and gates; landscaping works; and associated alterations to entrances of main buildings'. Namely, to amend the planting schedule to change the hedging from "Carpinus betulus" to "Taxus baccata".

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 20th December 2022 (RN 22/05746/FULL) excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; Namely, external wall lights at lower ground to first floor and third floor level and new air vents to the rear lower ground floor level; alterations to the design of railings at ground, first and third floor level balconies; and an intake air housing to the balcony at rear ground floor level; extended metal staircase from the lower ground floor level to rear ground floor level; and alterations to the garden finishes and layout including the provision of a new freestanding trellis with low-level air duct behind.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 6 of planning permission dated 8 October 2020 (RN 20/02713/FULL) for 'Erection of single storey porters lodge; installation of new boundary railings and gates; landscaping works; and associated alterations to entrances of main buildings'. Namely, to allow amendments to site plan layout, including ramps to main entrances of main building, and submission of details of hard and soft landscaping.

Amendments to planning permission dated 20 December 2022 (RN: 22/05746/FULL) for variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 September 2014 (RN:14/03923/FULL) for the excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; namely, alterations to the size and position of the new rooflights and access hatch at roof level, opening up of a blind window at rear third floor level and alterations to the glazing on the front elevation. Namely, internal alterations to the staircase at Lower Ground, Ground and First Floor.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 2nd December 2020 (RN:20/05311/FULL) for the Erection of a single-storey rear extension at lower ground floor, installation of sash windows to the front elevation and alterations to the front boundary wall and front lightwell from RN: 20/05311/FULL. Namely, to allow the stairs in the front lightwell and associated works including new windows, new boundary wall and new LGF level Flat 1 entrance to be removed, the rear patio to be increased from 900 to 1100mm, the internal layouts including the UGF level access to Flat 1 are to be as existing and a flat rooflight to be installed in the flat roof of the proposed rear extension.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17th December 2021 (RN:21/03988/FULL) which in itself varies condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden.
