Conversion of the gatehouse on Dean Bradley Street to provide a single dwelling unit. Provision of basement car parking and landscaped courtyards. Namely, alterations to internal layout, provision of new window, changes to roof level terrace, balustrading and arrangement of planters, provision of new guarding and access gate at level 09, openable windows, internal works, alterations to roof screen, new smoke shaft to north east corner, new smoke extract at level 09 and new fixings for maintenance purposes.
