Amendments to planning permission dated 16th July 2021 (RN 21/02813/FULL) which was a variation of earlier permissions (20 August 2020 (20/01739/FULL and 4 November 2019 (RN: 19/01284/FULL) for Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide two buildings: Building 1 comprising one basement level, ground and thirteen upper floors containing car parking, plant, affordable sheltered accommodation and market sheltered accommodation (Class C3), ancillary communal areas; Building 2 comprising sub-basement, two basement levels, ground and eleven upper floors containing plant, car parking, residential accommodation (Class C3) and ancillary leisure; reconfigured vehicular and pedestrian access together with landscaping and other works in association with the development. Amendments to planning permission dated 11 November 2020 (RN: 19/05994/FULL) for variation of Condition 18 (waste) of planning permission dated 08.05.2017 (RN: 16/06647/FULL) for variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission dated 28 May 2014 (RN: 13/05695/COFUL) for demolition of Godwin and Wingfield Houses and ancillary garages in connection with the Estate Regeneration to provide 248 residential units within five new buildings of between 2-9 storeys and the retention of Tollgate House with associated external alterations, construction of a new single storey community centre and associated car parking, landscaping and open space. (Councils Own Development); Namely amendments to lower ground and ground floor plans and of two flats of Tollgate House, reduction in height of walkway glazing from 1.8m to 1.1m, external gas meter room and rise to Tollgate House; omission of two windows internal alterations to flats to new buildings to provide en-suites to 23 private flats. NAMELY, to allow amendments to the community centre refuse structure.
