Amendments to planning permission dated 19 April 2021 (RN: 20/07287/FULL) for the amalgamation of the lower ground and ground floor levels of 111 and 113 Ebury Street, demolition and replacement of the rear closet wings to 111 and 113 Ebury Street, demolition and replacement of rear mansard extension and excavation at rear lower ground floor level and new rear ground floor extensions with new openings in the rear boundary wall facing Eccleston Yard to provide new restaurant floorspace (Class E), and installation of mechanical plant at roof level; NAMELY, to amend the scope of demolition to include the gabled rear wall to 111 and 113 facing Eccleston Yards, including the pair of chimney stacks; rebuilding of the rear gabled wall to 111 and 113 facing Eccleston Yards to match the existing wall; and amendment to the approved fenestration configuration in the approved openings facing Eccleston Yards.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 25 May 2016 (RN 16/05217/LBC) for the Use of the Fire Station (ground floor) as Class A3 and (four upper floors) as Class C3 use (6 flats) with associated internal and external alterations. Demolition of the existing rear buildings and replacement with a five storey residential building to provide 11 flats with balconies, excavation of one storey basement under the entire footprint of the site to accommodate A3 use and residential use. Installation of photovoltaic panels to roof level of rear building. Rebuilding of the existing rear tower with installation of plant on top from RN 16/05217/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design including replacement of loft door with window, revision to the size of dry riser inlet, an increase of 4 PV panels on the roof of building B, a reduction in the size of the Building's Automatic Opening vent within building A, revision of the placement of pavement lights to skylights at second floor terrace of building B, removal of skylight at first floor terrace within building B, removal of upper level plant access door to the stiar tower, decrease the AOV size to east boundary elevation, facade repointing to the front elevation of the Fire Station.
