Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 23rd October 2020 (RN:19/09638/FULL) for the Demolition of existing community centre (Use Class D1) and nursery (Use Class D1) buildings and associated structures and replacement with three blocks (Blocks A, B and C) to create residential dwellings (Use Class C3), office floorspace (Use Class B1), cafe (Use Class A1), replacement community space (Use Class D1) and replacement nursery (Use Class D1). Landscaping and public realm alterations (including to the base of Wilmcote House); provision of car parking and cycle parking, refuse storage; provision of new boundary treatment; alterations to services; plant and associated works from RN:19/09638/FULL. Namely, to allow alterations to the tenure to 100% affordable housing, internal alterations including removal of built in wardrobes, alterations to windows and doors (internal and external), amend curtain wall panels, alter rainwater pipe location, new canopies to entrances, alterations to materials to part of nursery, alterations to heat network, elevation changes, alterations to Harrow Road public realm.

Amendments to planning permission dated 30th September 2020 (RN: 19/09329/COFUL) for demolition of existing structures including storage sheds and redevelopment of existing car park to provide two blocks of three and five storeys providing a total of 21 x Use Class C3 (residential) units and other associated works, including the provision of storage units, car and cycle parking, landscaping, access gates and boundary treatment. Namely, the installation of air bricks, raising of window transoms to all windows, reduction in size of mansard rooflights, raising of parapets around the top of the apartment building by 200mm, introduction of mechanical opening to windows, reduction in number of storage units to allow an increase in size, replacement of low level wall with railings at ground floor level at the rear of the block of flats, reconstruction of the vehicle crossover and amendment to the approved tenure mix from 8 x intermediate units to 8 x social rented units.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 25 May 2016 (RN 16/05217/LBC) for the Use of the Fire Station (ground floor) as Class A3 and (four upper floors) as Class C3 use (6 flats) with associated internal and external alterations. Demolition of the existing rear buildings and replacement with a five storey residential building to provide 11 flats with balconies, excavation of one storey basement under the entire footprint of the site to accommodate A3 use and residential use. Installation of photovoltaic panels to roof level of rear building. Rebuilding of the existing rear tower with installation of plant on top from RN 16/05217/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design including replacement of loft door with window, revision to the size of dry riser inlet, an increase of 4 PV panels on the roof of building B, a reduction in the size of the Building's Automatic Opening vent within building A, revision of the placement of pavement lights to skylights at second floor terrace of building B, removal of skylight at first floor terrace within building B, removal of upper level plant access door to the stiar tower, decrease the AOV size to east boundary elevation, facade repointing to the front elevation of the Fire Station.
