Amendments to planning permission dated 9th March 2023 (RN: 22/06526/COFUL) for Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 19/11/2020 (RN 19/06451/COFUL) for the redevelopment of existing play space to provide a new building comprising a flexible Class D1 (non-residential institutions) use at ground floor level, 14 x affordable house units (7 x 1-bed and 7 x 2-bed) on first to fifth floors with associated terraces/balconies (Class C3); associated access and other works including a subterranean rainwater harvesting tank; new plant, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping. Removal of existing boundary railings and brick wall base adjoining Paddington Street Gardens North and construction of new boundary wall: NAMELY; to amend the wording of Condition 14 to allow for further works to two trees (T4 and T14).

Amendments to planning permission granted on appeal dated 25 October (RN: 14/07277/FULL and Appeal Ref: APP/X5990/D/15/3009550). Namely, to amend the approved description of development to 'Re-positioning of the vehicle crossover (including rearrangement of parking bays such that there is no net loss of on street parking); lowering of the existing ground floor slab and side extension towards the boundary wall with Townshend Road; changes to the fenestration of the north west and south east elevations; infill extension at lower ground floor to the boundary with 28 Acacia Road; removal of three lime trees and replacement with suitable specimens; 300mm extension at lower ground floor to the rear of the property; and excavation to provide new two -level basement structure as previously consented by application 12/01382/FULL.

Amendments to planning permission dated 7th February 2019 (RN 18/02860/FULL) for replacement of brick piers & boundary wall to the front of the property. NAMELY, to make a minor amendment to the existing approved plan for the front wall reconstruction. To have existing balustrades replicated, retaining the original height but narrowing by around only 30mm, also to change the wall from a streel frame designed clad in cement board or this is to replicate the profile and sizes on the original plan, but with 2 piers (as it current stands) and to have a cast concrete wall and to use 300mm augured piles in the same locations as approved between the tree roots.
