Use of the lower ground and basement level for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); car parking, cycle parking, ancillary office uses and mechanical plant. Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 April 2020 (RN 20/00004/LBC) (which varied listed building consent dated 29 April 2016 (RN: 15/10368/LBC)) for 'Substantial demolition and redevelopment behind retained front facades as well as the demolition and reconstruction of mews properties to create two single family dwelling houses.
