Phase 1 - Demolition of 23 garages and former Balmoral Castle Public House. Phase 2 - Erection of a part seven storey, part six storey and part five storey building to provide community supporting housing (Class C3) (Block A). Phase 3 - Demolition of Darwin House. Variation of condition 1 of Planning Permission dated 17 August 2020 (RN: 20/03455/FULL) for Excavation of basement beneath house with associated lightwell to rear, erection of a two-storey side extension, alterations to two-storey rear extension at second floor level, erection of single storey rear extension, installation of new windows, alterations at main roof level including the installation of rooflights and other alterations. NAMELY to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design of the single storey rear extension and side window.
