Namely, to allow maintenance access to the terrace; an additional two metres of excavation at basement level, the extension at basement and ground floor level out to the rear boundary with the alms house, increased plant screen height by 0.6 metres, the introduction of a maintenance doors to the front and rear at the 8th floor, the removal of coloured window reveals, alterations to the rear lightwell, removal of skylight and bench to the front forecourt, the addition of two security bollards at front boundary of the site. Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 April 2021 (RN: 20/07287/FULL) for amalgamation of the lower ground and ground floor levels of 111 and 113 Ebury Street, demolition and replacement of the rear closet wings to 111 and 113 Ebury Street, demolition and replacement of rear mansard extension and excavation at rear lower ground floor level and new rear ground floor extensions with new openings in the rear boundary wall facing Eccleston Yard to provide new restaurant floorspace (Class E). Installation of mechanical plant at roof level; Namely to demolish and reinstate gabled wall, alteration to fenestration pattern, replacement of staircase to 113 Ebury Street; demolition and reinstatement of chimney stack to No. 113 and demolition and replacement of mansards to Nos. 111 and 113 including dormer windows and valley gutters and installation of a new dry riser inlet.

Variation of Condition 1 of permission dated 12 May 2020 (RN:19/05805/FULL) for: Demolition of existing buildings at 35 -37 Elizabeth Street and erection of a new five storey building comprising retail (Class A1) at ground floor level and residential (Class C3) at first to fourth floor levels (3 x 2 bed, 1 x 1 bed). Creation of roof terrace with balcony to rear in connection with existing residential accommodation at 39 Elizabeth Street. Use of ground and basement of 141 Ebury Street and part ground floor of new building at 35 Elizabeth Street as restaurant (Class A3) and associated alterations including installation of full height extract duct, plant, new shopfront and platform lift (Site includes 35-39 Elizabeth Street and 141 Ebury Street).
