Amendments to planning permission dated 30 September 2019 (19/04631/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) and 9 of planning permission dated 21 November 2017 (RN: 17/07627/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising lower ground floor, mezzanine, upper ground floor and first to eight floor levels for use as hotel (Class C1) with ancillary Bar/Restaurant, external landscaping and associated works. Namely, to allow maintenance access to the terrace; an additional two metres of excavation at basement level, the extension at basement and ground floor level out to the rear boundary with the alms house, increased plant screen height by 0.6 metres, the introduction of a maintenance doors to the front and rear at the 8th floor, the removal of coloured window reveals, alterations to the rear lightwell, removal of skylight and bench to the front forecourt, the addition of two security bollards at front boundary of the site. NAMELY to allow the installation of 3 additional illuminated bollards to front forecourt.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 16 March 2016 (RN: 16/00374/FULL) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 28 July 2015 (RN: 15/02336/FULL) for excavation of a basement beneath existing building, part of front and rear gardens, demolition of rear facade, extensions to the rear and at roof level in connection with the use of the building as a single house. NAMELY, to allow revisions to the basement, lower ground floor and ground floor layout; other internal room layout alterations, alterations to existing consented ground floor rear terrace area; amendments to rear elevation including bay windows and consented French windows; alterations to fenestration along side elevations; raising of existing roof ridge; regrading of existing side passageways from front to rear garden along site boundary to more; alterations to front garden planters.
