Rebuilding of rear extension including provision of French doors onto existing rear ground floor terrace. Reconfiguration of existing lightwell areas and glazed roof over raised ground floor light well enclosure. Lowering of existing lower ground floor level'. Namely, to allow amendments including raising of patio boundary walls by 50 and 48 Ennismore Gardens and revision of the conservation rooflight position.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 01 September 2020 (20/03687/LBC) which varied Condition 1 of the listed building consent dated 14 December 2019 (19/07326/LBC) for the amalgamation of Flats 1 and 2 on lower ground, raised ground floor and first floor level; Rebuilding of rear extension including provision of French doors onto existing rear ground floor terrace; Reconfiguration of existing lightwell areas and glazed roof over raised ground floor light well enclosure; Lowering of existing lower ground floor level including amendments to the approved layouts of the non-original rear extension at lower ground, raised ground and first floor levels, repositioning of approved rooflights at first floor and garden terrace, and adjustment to the lightwell proportions; Namely, to amend the height of the boundary party walls with Nos. 48 and 50 Ennismore Gardens to the rear terrace area, amendments of the French door arrangement to the rear of the property (raised ground floor level) and modifications to rooflights over approved rear lightwell area.

Amendments to planning permission dated 4 February 2019 (RN: 18/03251) for: Variation of Conditions 23 and 31 of planning permission dated 25 May 2017 (RN: 16/05216) for use of the Fire Station (ground floor) as Class A3 and (four upper floors) as Class C3 use (6 flats) with associated internal and external alterations. Demolition of the existing rear buildings and replacement with a five storey residential building to provide 11 flats with balconies, excavation of one storey basement under the entire footprint of the site to accommodate A3 use and residential use. Installation of photovoltaic panels to roof level of rear building. Rebuilding of the existing rear tower with installation of plant on top from RN 16/05217/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design including replacement of loft door with window, revision to the size of dry riser inlet, an increase of 4 PV panels on the roof of building B, a reduction in the size of the Building's Automatic Opening vent within building A, revision of the placement of pavement lights to skylights at second floor terrace of building B, removal of skylight at first floor terrace within building B, removal of upper level plant access door to the stiar tower, decrease the AOV size to east boundary elevation, facade repointing to the front elevation of the Fire Station.
