Amendments to planning permission dated 4 February 2019 (RN: 18/03251) for: Variation of Conditions 23 and 31 of planning permission dated 25 May 2017 (RN: 16/05216) for use of the Fire Station (ground floor) as Class A3 and (four upper floors) as Class C3 use (6 flats) with associated internal and external alterations. Demolition of the existing rear buildings and replacement with a five storey residential building to provide 11 flats with balconies, excavation of one storey basement under the entire footprint of the site to accommodate A3 use and residential use. Installation of photovoltaic panels to roof level of rear building. Rebuilding of the existing rear tower with installation of plant on top; namely, to revise the proposed opening time of the A3 restaurant and the operating time of its associated plant/machinery to 7.30am Monday to Friday, to 8am on Saturday and to 9am Sundays and Bank Holidays instead of 10am, namely replacement of loft door with new window, installation of 2 dry riser inlet to front elevation, installation of 4 additional PV panels on the roof, reduction in size of the Building's Automatic Opening vent (AOV) from double to single within Building A, replacement of pavement lights to skylights at second floor terrace (Building B), removal of skylight at first floor terrace (Building B), removal of upper level plant access door to stair tower, decrease to the AOV size to east boundary elevation and addition of Condition 37 to read: "You must install the walk on skylights to the second floor terrace of the rear building in accordance with the details approved on drawing WF-P_D_101 prior to occupation of Apartment B5A. Thereafter they must not be changed without our permission."

Rebuilding of the existing rear tower with installation of plant on top from RN 16/05217/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design including replacement of loft door with window, revision to the size of dry riser inlet, an increase of 4 PV panels on the roof of building B, a reduction in the size of the Building's Automatic Opening vent within building A, revision of the placement of pavement lights to skylights at second floor terrace of building B, removal of skylight at first floor terrace within building B, removal of upper level plant access door to the stiar tower, decrease the AOV size to east boundary elevation, facade repointing to the front elevation of the Fire Station.
