Internal and external works to the House of St Barnabas Chapel, comprising; installation of lights to the interior window reveals of the stained glass windows; replacement of the internal door lock; replacement of the iron railings and lowering of the boundary wall; replacement of the external steel mesh on the stained glass windows; installation of external lights to the facaade of the Chapel and in the grounds of the Chapel; replacement of the existing paving with York stone paving; installation of CCTV; installation of tree grill; and associated external alterations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27th November 2019 (RN 19/00108/COFUL) for the variation of Conditions 1 (approved plans), 6 (detailed drawings) and 23 (car parking) of planning permission dated 2 November 2018 (RN: 17/06049) for demolition and redevelopment to the podium/ car park structure and redevelopment of site in a building comprising ground and five upper floors to provide 60 residential units (Use Class C3), including terraces and balconies, a communal garden space and 54 car parking spaces with altered entrance from Hall Place. Provision of 101 sqm of retail space fronting onto Edgware Road (Use Class A1/A2/A3). Replacement boundary treatment works and planting on Edgware Road, including replacement of trees and works to the raised bund in front of Parsons House. Re-location of existing recycling centre. NAMELY, alterations to windows, doors and gates, retention of T2 and T3, alterations to PV and antennae locations on roof, removal of bin stores at street level, flue and vent to plant/generator roof.
