NAMELY, the addition of metal railings on the front boundary walls to the front garden, and the replacement of the gate to the front boundary wall

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations. NAMELY, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden.

Variation of conditions 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 11, 14 and 15; and removal of conditions 4 and 8 of planning permission granted on appeal dated 14 July 2015 (RN's: 14/07277/FULL and Appeal APP/X5990/D/15/3009550) (and as amended by RN: 20/06672/NMA dated 19 April 2021) for the 'Re-positioning of the vehicle crossover and new boundary wall treatment, erection of single storey side extension facing Townshend Road and small side extension next to No 28, excavation of a two storey basement, external alterations and the removal of three lime trees and replacement with suitable specimens; and excavation to provide new two -level basement structure as previously consented by application 12/01382/FULL'; NAMELY, to allow vehicle access from Acacia Road, blocking up the access from Townshend Road, and associated changes to landscape layout.
