Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2017 (RN: 16/07799/FULL) for 'Alterations including erection of extensions at rear lower ground, ground and first floor levels, creation of roof terrace at rear third floor level, replacement of non-original windows, external repair works and landscaping'. Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.
