Amendments to planning permission dated 13th August 2021 (RN: 21/04242/FULL) for demolition of existing ground floor rear extension and erection of extension at ground floor level and first floor level; construction of a terrace at first floor level above ground floor extension; construction of a ground floor extension to front elevation (replacing a garage); and second floor roof extension. Namely, to replace the arched window opening to the porch on the front elevation of the new single storey extension with a door.
