Amendments to planning permission dated 13th August 2021 (RN: 21/04242/FULL) for demolition of existing ground floor rear extension and erection of extension at ground floor level and first floor level; construction of a terrace at first floor level above ground floor extension; construction of a ground floor extension to front elevation (replacing a garage); and second floor roof extension. Namely, to replace the arched window opening to the porch on the front elevation of the new single storey extension with a door.

Variation of Condition 7 of planning permission dated 30 June 2020 (RN: 20/00790) for 'Demolition of the existing mews house and construction of new house comprising ground with integrated garage, first and second floor mansard level, lowering of rear garden level to match adjoining properties and installation of plant machinery'. Namely, to allow the windows on the rear elevation at first and second floor levels to be openable.

Amendments to planning permission dated 24 May 2017 (RN: 17/00188/FULL) for demolition of single storey garage and undercroft areas, excavation of a basement (under the part currently occupied by garage) and construction of a three storey single dwelling. NAMELY, an introduction of small window with obscured glazing to rear of property.
