Variation of Conditions 31 and 32 of planning permission dated 30 March 2022 (21/07642/FULL) for the demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); car parking, cycle parking, ancillary office uses and mechanical plant. Alterations to the existing building including new windows and entrance, new terraces to eighth and tenth floor levels and new plant enclosure at roof level and associated works; and amendments to car parking provision (retention of the public car park), alterations to the cycle parking provision and basement layouts and reduction in flexible commercial floorspace; namely, to amend the wording of Conditions 31 and 32 to require the landscaping of the first floor terrace to be carried out in accordance with the submitted details.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16th March 2021 (RN: 20/04933/FULL) for Demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level 1 for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); namely, to amend wording of condition 32 to allow removal of existing planting and trees at first floor level in advance of approval of a new/replacement hard and soft landscaping scheme for the first floor.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 7 of planning permission dated 6 February 2019 (RN: 18/01971/FULL) for Alterations and extensions to the North, South, Alexandra and Mews Buildings (Castle Lane/Palace Street) for use as affordable housing (Class C3) comprising 86 units; including creation of balconies; construction of a cycle/bin store, lift and staircase to the rear of North Building; soft and hard landscaping including children's play area; cycle parking and other associated works (amendments to planning permission 12/02189/FULL) namely; to allow alterations to the roof detailing, windows and doors, amendments to the bicycle storage, together with other minor amendments to the elevations and floorplans and variation of the wording of Condition 7 (daytime and night-time internal noise standards).

Amendments to planning permission dated 5 April 2019 (RN: 18/09690/FULL) for demolition of existing glazed conservatory and construction of a new sunroom at rear ground floor level, lowering of the existing lower ground floor level, extension of existing closet wing at second floor level, installation of two skylights and landscaping of rear garden, NAMELY, alteration to the roof light configuration including the reduction in size of one, change of shape of the other and glazing of existing roof access hatch.
