Variation of Condition 16, Phase (4) of planning permission dated 15 December 2021 (RN 20/03623/FULL) for the amalgamation of two maisonettes to create a single dwelling house [Class C3], excavation beneath the footprint of the existing building and excavation of part of rear garden at lower ground floor level. Demolition of the existing extension to the rear and construction of a new lower ground and ground floor rear extension. Repair work to the facade, alteration to street frontage in line with the street and landscaping to the rear garden. Installation of acoustically attenuated condenser to the rear garden. NAMELY, removal of Phase 4 part of condition 16 entirely and / or varied to allow for report provided with this application to be acceptable to discharge the condition.

Variation of Conditions 31 and 32 of planning permission dated 30 March 2022 (21/07642/FULL) for the demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace.
