Variation of Condition 16, Phase (4) of planning permission dated 15 December 2021 (RN 20/03623/FULL) for the amalgamation of two maisonettes to create a single dwelling house [Class C3], excavation beneath the footprint of the existing building and excavation of part of rear garden at lower ground floor level. Demolition of the existing extension to the rear and construction of a new lower ground and ground floor rear extension. Repair work to the facade, alteration to street frontage in line with the street and landscaping to the rear garden. Installation of acoustically attenuated condenser to the rear garden. NAMELY, removal of Phase 4 part of condition 16 entirely and / or varied to allow for report provided with this application to be acceptable to discharge the condition.

Variation of conditions 1,11, 16, 22, 24, 25 of planning permission dated 30th June 2020 (RN 19/09318/FULL) for the demolition of two-storey coach house (72) and building behind retained front facade at 74, for the construction of new five storey building to provide 7 residential flats. Excavation of basement, demolition of existing rear garages and the erection of 2 additional residential dwellings including associated landscaping. NAMELY, to make minor material amendments including; rationalised front landscaping; moving the access to the rear from the southern side of the building to the northern side; adding skylights above the side wings; adding skylights to rear dwellings; making the lower ground floor rear terraces slightly deeper; making the second floor balcony slightly wider; making the ground floor railings wider (though no increase in terrace size); and adding three windows to south and north flank wall and reinstating the existing Juliette balconies to the front elevation.

Amendments to planning permission dated 11 November 2020 (RN: 19/05994/FULL) for variation of Condition 18 (waste) of planning permission dated 08.05.2017 (RN: 16/06647/FULL) for variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission dated 28 May 2014 (RN: 13/05695/COFUL) for demolition of Godwin and Wingfield Houses and ancillary garages in connection with the Estate Regeneration to provide 248 residential units within five new buildings of between 2-9 storeys and the retention of Tollgate House with associated external alterations, construction of a new single storey community centre and associated car parking, landscaping and open space. (Councils Own Development); Namely amendments to lower ground and ground floor plans and of two flats of Tollgate House, reduction in height of walkway glazing from 1.8m to 1.1m, external gas meter room and rise to Tollgate House; omission of two windows internal alterations to flats to new buildings to provide en-suites to 23 private flats.
