Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 February 2020 (RN 19/08445/FULL) for the excavation of single storey front and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and beneath the original main house footprint, erection of extension and infill of lightwell at second floor level, erection of mansard roof, installation of air conditioning units to roof level, conversion of garage into habitable space, replacement of ground floor French doors with sash windows and associated works.
