Repair work to the facade, alteration to street frontage in line with the street and landscaping to the rear garden. Installation of acoustically attenuated condenser to the rear garden. NAMELY, removal of Phase 4 part of condition 16 entirely and / or varied to allow for report provided with this application to be acceptable to discharge the condition.
