Amendments to planning permission dated 19 August 2019 (RN:19/00135/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing two storey mews buildings behind retained facades to provide three storey plus basement mews buildings comprising basement, ground and two upper floors (including new second floor mansard) for use as Class B1 and A2 offices at ground floor level and 9 residential units at first and second floor levels, with ancillary cycle parking, waste storage and basement plant room. Namely, to allow rationalisation of the height and proportion of dormer windows on the roof extension and reduction of the number of rooflights on the mansard roof.

Erection of a mansard roof extension with dormer windows to front and rear elevations at 4th floor level, demolition of existing redundant chimney stack above roof level, erection of rear extension over ground, first and second floor level, use of part garden floor, part ground floor and all of first, second and third floors as one residential unit (Class C3) and installation of double glazed windows on front and rear elevations, extension with bi-fold doors at garden level to the rear, and provision of cycle storage for the residential unit in the rear garden, installation of fire escape access hatch to the raised ground floor paved area on Paddington Street with fire escape ladder below at basement level, new rooflight to main pitch roof above third floor stairs landing and new flat rooflight to flat roof above family room at garden level.
