Amendments to planning permission dated 26 July 2019 (RN:19/03428/FULL) for the demolition of existing dwellinghouse and erection of new four storey dwellinghouse (Class C3) comprising a basement floor extending under part of the front and rear gardens, ground and two upper floors, and associated external alterations, including replacement of front boundary wall. Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 September 2020 (19/06002/FULL) for: 'Demolition of existing two storey dwelling and erection of new dwelling over ground, first and second floors (Class C3)'. Namely, to allow amendments including removal of the side sloping roof and extension of the second floor level including a new skylight; and replacement of front second floor dummy window with a sash window.
