Namely, to allow increase in dimensions of dormer and reducing side clearance between dormer cheeks and side boundary of the building; increase in height of dormer; and lifting of flat roof of dormer to 100mm below main ridge line of roof.

Namely, to widen rear dormer.

Erection of a single storey infill extension at rear ground floor level, erection of a rear dormer roof extension, alterations to windows and doors, all in association with the use of the building as three self contained flats (Use Class C3).
