Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 May 2020 (RN:19/05711/FULL) for the: Demolition and redevelopment of the existing Porters Lodge to provide a replacement single dwelling (Use Class C3); erection of extension to the rear of Kings Court; facade alterations, including provision of balconies at ground and first floor level to the front elevation of Kings Court, restoration of the existing brickwork and addition of limestone cladding, upgrades to the fenestration; landscaping of the site; provision of terraces to the rear and side of Kings Court. NAMELY, to omit part of a green roof; alterations to the size and shape of rooflights; alerations to doors and windows; omit spiral staircase; additional extension and to flat 3.

Use of the building as a single dwellinghouse (Class C3). Demolition of existing rear single storey extension and installation of French doors to rear elevation, installation of replacement rear mansard roof windows, and hard and soft landscaping to front and rear gardens. Internal alterations including erection and demolition of partitions, blocking up door to rear two storey extension, removal and replacement of all modern doors, architraves and skirtings, installation of new fireplaces and refurbishment and cleaning of sash windows, cornice at ground and first floors and staircase (linked to 21/03263/FULL).
