Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 9th February 2021 (RN 20/05160/FULL) for the demolition of the existing dwellinghouse behind retained front facade and erection of dwellinghouse with basement level. Alterations to retained front elevation including installation of French windows with a Juliet balcony at first floor level. Replacement of garage door with windows. Repositioning of front door. Replacement of first floor windows and insertion of ground floor windows on rear elevation. NAMELY, to provide revised drawings showing the adjustment of rooflight positions/sizes.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th July 2021 (RN 21/02117/FULL) for the erection of roof extension at fourth floor level to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3), renewal of the roof terrace trellis and planters, reduction of garage door width and addition of new section of wall with a casement window to rear elevation. NAMELY, alterations to Lower Ground floor, the proposed metal Garage shutter is replaced with a timber horizontal sliding door to match existing at 25; At Lower Ground floor, the new addition of wall with a casement window to rear elevation will be cladded with timber to match the Garage door finish; All the existing windows throughout the house will be replaced with new timber windows to match existing and providing better thermal insulation and a new walk-on rooflight with etched glass is added to the Front Terrace to provide natural light to Bathroom 1 (S73 application).

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 21st August 2019 (RN:19/03949/FULL) for the 'Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 April 2019 (RN: 18/10895) which in itself varied Conditions 1 and 3 and removal of Condition 4 of planning permission dated 4 November 2014 (RN: 14/08152) for the use as a single family dwelling (Class C3) and associated external alterations including rebuilding of the second floor, construction of a mansard roof extension at third floor, construction of terraces at first and second floor levels and alterations to windows and doors to change the proposed facing material from render to brickwork, new fenestration, and alterations to garage and entrance doors to amend the size and position of windows on the north and east elevations; to insert a double door on the east elevation; to move position of the entrance door on the north elevation; the garage door to be replaced by a window; to render the remaining sections of the building; and to remove condition 4 as the garage will not be used for parking vehicles.
