Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17th December 2021 (RN:21/03988/FULL) which in itself varies condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden. NAMELY, the addition of metal railings on the front boundary walls to the front garden, and the replacement of the gate to the front boundary wall

NAMELY, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 December 2020 (RN: 20/03275/FULL) which varied the original planning permission dated 9 July 2019 ( RN: 19/00868/FULL) and the NMA dated 5 March 2020( RN:20/01060/NMA) for: Use of the building as an elderly care facility specialising in dementia (Use Class C2), creation of balcony on the rear elevation at first floor level, alterations to the fenestration to match the new internal floor levels, the installation of ramp from the ground floor to the garden.
