to Non-Material Amendment to formalise amendments to reserved matters consent NC/21/00219/REM, approved on the 11 October 2021, to include minor modifications to the drainage connections and private driveways serving Parcel 19 to facilitate the emerging residential parcel design. There are also other minor alterations made following feedback received during the S38 & S104 approval processes and design development.
