Details pursuant to conditions 3 (Travel Plan) and 4 (Boundary Treatment and Lighting), attached to planning permission 16/00305/DPA dated 15/09/2016 for 20 Bedroom extension with ancillary living rooms

Development of an open market dwelling to include a two storey side extension, to use materials to match the existing. The private garden space is proposed to be extended up to the front/ footbath boundary line, using closeboard fencing to match the existing. A low level wall or hedge is proposed to follow the front boundary line to clearly divide the public footpath and the private land.

T1 Horse Chestnut - Prune to remove tertiary lateral branches that overhang the boundary fence and parking area. Prune back to viable branch unions or back to secondary branch retaining the branch collar and branch bark ridge working to BS:3998 T2 Horse Chestnut - Remove large secondary branch overhanging the boundary and parking area. Prune back to branch collar/branch bark ridge keeping intact branch collar working to BS:3998 T3 Horse Chestnut - Pruning of small tertiary branches that overhang the boundary fence and parking area. Prune back to viable branch unions or back to secondary branch retaining the branch collar and branch bark ridge working to BS:3998 T4 Horse Chestnut - Remove large secondary branch that overhangs the boundary fence and parking area. Prune back to branch collar/branch bark ridge keeping intact branch collar working to BS:3998 All pruning to manage the excessive overhang and help improve light and space while reducing tree debris falling on cars and driveways. Due to the nature of the nuisance that trees are causing I don't think branch extension reductions on the overhanging limbs would be beneficial as this will cause additional regrowth to branches that are already causing a nuisance. Therefore I have recommended whole branch removal to limit regrowth within the vicinity of the branch removed.
