Erection of a new four bed dwelling with driveway and landscaping. Removal and rebuilding of the low level stone boundary wall.

To the left of the house, between the corner and the boundary fence there is a small island of shrubs / small trees, none of which are particularly good specimens. They all requested to be removed to make way for a new garden layout, including new fence/paths and landscaping. The large variegated Holly and the Burgundy Berberis are to be retained.
