Proposed single storey extension to existing offices within walls of original barn

Change of use of land to form a lawn cemetery as an extension to the existing including landscaping, new roads, paths and other infrastructure. Creation of a new surfaced car park for approximately 80 cars. Erection of new staff welfare/storage building and refurbishment of existing toilet facilities including demolition of existing office building.
