The trees are at the side of my garden and at the back of the garden the trees are causing housing issues for example the tree roots have spread to the drains and when we moved in the toilet was blocked which meant we had to hire a plumber and also someone that went into the drain system to remove the roots and allow the water to flow freely The trees at the side are also reaching our windows and garage and causing loud banging sounds when windy, they also reach over to the neighbours garden and on to their shed also causing noise. The trees are making the back garden very messy with its bark and leaves falling off. The trees is also lifting up our patio in the back garden making it not safe to have family and their kids in the back garden. The back tree has alot of things falling off it and making the garden unsafe as well.

Leylandii (T1) Reduce Conifer to 15 foot to keep it easily manageable and also away from the wires which it is growing into. (T2)- Tree growing into the Leylandii - to be removed as it is growing at an obscure angle and being suppressed by the conifer. (T3) - Some minor crown lifting on the smaller trees near the garage - to keep them tidier If needs be, we would be happy to meet a tree officer/planning officer on site, if anything needs clarification.

In the rear garden of the property stands a large Thuja tree adjacent to the rear of the garage and marked on the attached map as T1, the tree is multi stemmed and is too large for its location next to the house and garage blocking light and concerns with the root system so we are applying to cut down the tree and replace with a 2m tall Prunus avium at the same location.
