T1: Goat Willow. Tree to be felled. Main trunk is rotten and there is now unacceptable risk to life and property. A large primary branch has already fallen just missing the conservatory/house. T2: Weeping Willow. Tree to be felled. Storm damage has caused a significant primary branch to fall hitting the patio/conservatory. Remaining structure is very tall, unbalanced and unstable posing a significant risk to life and property both at this residence and that of the next door neighbour. T3: Conifer: Crown reduction in height by 1-2 metres, with very minor lateral pruning to south side away from property. T4: Apple: Tree to be felled. Significant penetrative rot to main trunk means there is now unacceptable risk to life and property. Replacement fruit trees (apple, plum, pear) will be planted in other parts of the garden. T5/6/7: Yew hedge. Crown height reduced by 2m

Oak was previously worked on in 2014 but now its hanging over the conservatory, we also have cracks on our rear side wall that have not closed up. Tree needs a substantial crown reduction and removal of dead wood. Retain the shape but reduce the leaf footprint. Horse chestnut also worked in 2014 and had previously been pollarded some 30 years ago. Tree still shows signs of the leaf mining moth and one of the horizontal limbs shows signs of creasing and stress, would like to remove this limb. Additionally would like to have a crown reduction substantial enough to keep it within our property and manageable. The pear tree produced very little fruit and most of the growth is to the light towards into the neighbours property. Would like to remove this at this point and replace it with another pear in an open position within the garden.
