Remaining structure is very tall, unbalanced and unstable posing a significant risk to life and property both at this residence and that of the next door neighbour. T3: Conifer: Crown reduction in height by 1-2 metres, with very minor lateral pruning to south side away from property. T4: Apple: Tree to be felled.
