In the rear garden of the property stands a large Thuja tree adjacent to the rear of the garage and marked on the attached map as T1, the tree is multi stemmed and is too large for its location next to the house and garage blocking light and concerns with the root system so we are applying to cut down the tree and replace with a 2m tall Prunus avium at the same location.
