To the left of the house, between the corner and the boundary fence there is a small island of shrubs / small trees, none of which are particularly good specimens. They all requested to be removed to make way for a new garden layout, including new fence/paths and landscaping. The large variegated Holly and the Burgundy Berberis are to be retained. Then new more appropriate species are planned to be planted when landscaping is completed. T1- Buddleia ...remove/fell. T2 - Conifer / Thuja ... remove/fell. T3 - Hawthorn ... remove/fell. T4 - Lilac ... remove/fell. T5 - Holly ... remove/fell. T6 - Acer ... remove/fell T7 - Berberis - remove/fell. T8 - Euonymus ... remo ve/fell. T9 - Birch ...remove /fell, as there are concerns it is close to pavement/path, and it needs removing for new fence erection and landscaping/garden path.
