This will be a rear extension of the dimensions 7.4m x 4.8m constructed from structurally insulated panels on a ground screw foundation. It will have a flat roof with a black EPDM covering. The external walls will be clad in cladding with a neutral colour complimenting the existing house. There will be a set of french doors 2.9m wide rearward facing in white UPVC. The purpose of the build will be a large lounge/dining room. Access into it will be from the current doorway from the small rear porch off the kitchen. Access to outside will be through the rear wards facing french doors.
