All Reserved Matters pursuant to Outline Planning Permission Reference 04/000240/OUT, as amended by 13/00026/RVC, for the erection of 9 no. dwellings, associated garages and all necessary infrastructure on the remaining part of parcel R18, Zone 1, Priors Hall Development Site, Corby, further to the demolition of the existing garage and part-built footings and walls from the parcel. The Outline Planning Permission was an EIA application and an ES was submitted at the time of submission to the LPA.
