Reserved matters application for the local centre development comprising of 474sqm Nursery, 418sqm Convenience Store, 2x 84sqm Retail Units, 167sqm Retail Unit (cafe) with associated vehicle and cycle parking and landscaping. The information submitted relates to conditions 2, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3F, 3G, 3H, 3I, 3J, 3K, 3L, 3M, 3N, 3O, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 19, 20, 22 and 25 of application 16/00105/RVC.

Change of use from a retail shop (Use Class E) to a hot food takeaway (Sui Generis)

To replace the two existing retail park totems with new totems of the same size. They will be situated in the same location and of the same orientation as the existing signs. The existing totems will be removed.
