Pre application advice for the demolition of most of the low quality existing buildings built in the 1960s on site, whilst retaining the original Georgian element of the Trengweath Hospital and Trengweath Cottage situated to the east of the site. The proposed development would provide 28 residential units, comprising a mix of 8 x 3 bed houses, 10 x 2 bed houses, 4 x 2 bed bungalows, 2 x 1 bed bungalows and 4 x 1 bed apartments. The retained element of the hospital building would be developed for use as 4 no. apartments and Trengweath Cottage would be retained for use as a 2 bed house.
