The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Coronavirus) (England) (Amendment) Order 2020 for Temporary extension of working hours (Request for temporary working hours Monday to Saturday 07.30hrs - 20.00 hrs in respect of decision notice PA17/01167 for the demolition of the existing workshops and replacement with student accommodation scheme with associated facilities and infrastructure).

Non material amendment to PA17/05714 for a change of description of the development from 'Demolition of existing buildings and construction of five flats' to 'Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 4 flats and 1 dwelling'. Amendment of annotations and titles on the approved plans to remove reference to 6 units and replace with 4 flats and 1 dwelling. No physical alterations to the scheme are proposed.
