Listed Building consent for Insertion of lead trays in the two chimneys - requiring partial demolition and reconstruction using the same stone - to prevent ingress of water; re-slating of roofs as nails have started to fail and slates to fall - rag-slated using original slates on front elevation and new slate on rear elevations; rake out old cement pointing from west-facing wall and repoint with lime-based mortar to prevent ingress of water.
