Non material amendment to PA17/05714 for a change of description of the development from 'Demolition of existing buildings and construction of five flats' to 'Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 4 flats and 1 dwelling'. Amendment of annotations and titles on the approved plans to remove reference to 6 units and replace with 4 flats and 1 dwelling. No physical alterations to the scheme are proposed.
