The proposed development would provide 28 residential units, comprising a mix of 8 x 3 bed houses, 10 x 2 bed houses, 4 x 2 bed bungalows, 2 x 1 bed bungalows and 4 x 1 bed apartments. The retained element of the hospital building would be developed for use as 4 no. apartments and Trengweath Cottage would be retained for use as a 2 bed house.
